Breath Buddy assures that we will do everything possible to satisfy you with your purchase and will do our best to help you. You can raise a return request directly through our website, by calling our helpline number at 1-888-694-9414, or by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Breath Buddy provides a prepaid return label for all returns made within the 30-day return period; however, we are not responsible for providing a return box. The consumer is responsible for returning the item in its original, unopened packaging. After receiving and processing the return, refunds will be made within 48 hours.
If a product is defective, we will accept it if you provide a full description of the problem, which will be validated upon delivery.
Returns, repairs, and replacements require a Return Authorization, which can be obtained by registering a claim with Customer Service at email@example.com. Return the item in a secure package. It's best to send using UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS, as these services allow you to monitor and ensure your cargo. Replacements are not possible for items that have not been received.

You may contact us with your concerns if you desire to claim a defect with your item after the 30-day return window has closed or after using the goods. Breath Buddy will inspect the unit. Photo or physical evidence of a defect will be used in the inspection process. Photographs can be emailed to us. If the item requires a physical examination, the customer is responsible for the return shipping to our facilities. If the item is found to be defective, we will offer you a replacement.
- If the product is found to be malfunctioning, Breath Buddy will cover the cost of delivering the replacement item.
- If we determine that the product is not damaged, the client is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the customer refuses to pay the return shipping after 30 days, the customer agrees to forfeit ownership of the item.
Mask, straps, and material components: Our warranty covers defective merchandise including faulty stitching, deformed or malformed plastic molding, and premature deterioration under normal circumstances.
Functionality: Our warranty covers any Breath Buddy mask which does not effectively eliminate all traces of organic chemical vapor or fumes while wearing the mask.
Exceptions: Our warranty DOES NOT cover damage or malfunction due to improper use, direct intentional impact, loss, theft, fire, or other negligent actions leading to the detriment of the product. (Except for the first 30 days)
Breath Buddy processes returns under our returns policy, vision, and values, and expects our customers to do the same. All returned items are inspected, and we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges. Other limitations may apply.
WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE: For products returned without proof of purchase (such as a gift), we would gladly swap it for an equivalent product or provide a refund in the form of a Breath Buddy credit, based on the lowest price offered in the previous 30 days plus applicable sales tax.
Lifetime Warranty Replacements:
We will evaluate your returned item after we receive it and notify you that it has been received. After checking the item, we will tell you the status of your replacement.
If your return is approved, we will send a replacement of your original product within 48 hours.
